Meet our RaiSan USA Team
Gustavo Rapp is a chemist and entrepreneur with decades of experience in R&D and process design. Creator of RaiSan and founder of RaiSan USA LLC, he works directly with growers to validate results through field trials, clear metrics, and hands-on technical support. A specialist in chitosan and biostimulants, Gustavo bridges applied science with on-farm practice to deliver natural, repeatable, and economically sound solutions.
In 2024 he spearheaded expansion into the U.S., starting in Texas, with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and a farmer-first approach. His goal: reliable technologies that strengthen crop health and profitability, backed by measurable evidence and close support.
Jenn is a native Texan with a background in pediatric nursing. Jenn brings compassion and integrity to agriculture. Her journey with RaiSan began when she met Gustavo in 2024. Recognizing its potential to help farmers improve plant health naturally, Jenn partnered with him to co-found RaiSan USA.
Since then, Jenn has led RaiSan’s outreach across Texas—connecting with growers, launching trials, and helping farms experience the measurable benefits of RaiSan’s innovative formula. Her leadership continues to shape RaiSan USA’s mission by making life easier for farmers - bringing relief, reliability and results.
